The cabin is located in scenic surroundings, rural and high with lovely natural grounds and forest all around. Here you pick seasonal berries and mushrooms and in the area there is a great opportunity to see everything from moose to forest birds. Below is Oxbergssjön with its popular swimming area which has both a trampoline, jetty and sandy beach. If you want to fish, there are several different lake systems around with everything from trout to grayling (fishing license required). Youth groups cannot book this accommodation as a guardian is required throughout the stay. If you are staying for a longer period and need to do laundry, there are laundry facilities in the village's fresh laundry room. The area around Siljan has lots of attractions. We recommend both Orsa Rovdjurpark in Grönklitt, Zorn and the Vasalopps Museum in Mora, the Dalahest production in Nusnäs and a trip to Tomteland where Santa lives.
