In the winter sports area Winterberg there are 60 pistes in 5 (part)areas: Skiliftkarussell Winterberg, Snow World Züschen, Postwiesen Skigebiet Neuastenberg, Skiliftkarussell Altastenberg , Skigebiet Eschenberg Niedersfeld. The ski machines ensure that the area benefits from snow for almost 100 days a year. The winter sports area Winterberg has facilities mainly for the not too demanding skiers, but there is also 1 black piste for experienced skiers. And there are three lit 'night pistes' too.
