Terrace-shaped plot with impressive sea views! The beautiful property is located in Vera de Erques, a small, quiet village on the southwest side of Tenerife. Most traditionally built houses date from the 18th or 19th centuries.
Vera de Erques is 700 meters height and offers beautiful views and romantic sunsets from the terrace over the islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro. Canary plants and lush vegetation determine the landscape of the entire site. The comfortably furnished holiday home, which is located on the lower part of the Caserio Lomo Arriba site, offers a hint of luxury and has its own indoor swimming pool with varying colored lighting and massage stairs. Three terraces, an arbor and a relaxation and bar area in an outbuilding make your holiday home complete. The entire area is built like a cave in the mountain and radiates a very special atmosphere. There is a stereo with CDs, a minibar with different types of tea, several sun loungers and a small koi fountain.

Wat een fantastisch huis! Heel rustig en weg van alle drukte aan de heel toeristische kusten. Het is ongeveer 7 km een berg oprijden maar zeker de moeite waard. Een prachtig uitzicht, verschillende terrassen, een bbq, een koele 2de keuken in de rotsen gebouwd om (buiten) te koken. Echt alles is aanwezig en heel schoon. Wij waren hier in februari dus voor ons een beetje te koud om het zwembad te gebruiken maar in de warmere zomermaanden zal deze zeker voor verkoeling zorgen. De binnenkeuken is goed uitgerust indien je zelf een maaltijd wil bereiden maar je kan ook te voet in een nabijgelegen restaurant een lekker hapje gaan eten. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt bevindt zich op ongeveer 10km. Javier is een hele vriendelijke gastheer en beantwoord graag jouw vragen. Wij vonden het huis een goede invalsbasis om het Tenerife te verkennen en raden zijn huis ten zeerste aan.
